Davies has over 14 years of ICT experience in the banking sector, having worked in Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda, South Sudan, and Kenya. In addition, he has strong project management skills and is an accredited project management practitioner.

Applying his extensive experience regionally, Davies is leading a transformative time at Kush Bank in the adoption of digital platforms to better address the needs of clients and the community alike. In addition to focusing on ensuring the operational and security integrity of the bank’s electronic systems, he works closely with the product development and sales & marketing teams to align and develop appropriate products focused delivery through digital channels.

Davies has a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications and Information Technology from Kenyatta University (Kenya) and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the UNICAF University of Zambia. His other accredited certifications include ITIL, MCSE, Cyber Security, Data Centre, and an IMIS diploma in Computer Science (UK).
