Gabriel is a seasoned banker with over 13 years of experience in Kenya’s retail, mortgage, and commercial banking. He joined Housing Finance in 2009 as a management trainee, steadily growing to the relationship manager level. Between 2016 and 2019, Gabriel served as branch manager at Equatorial Commercial Bank (now Spire Bank) in Kenya. Before joining Kush Bank PLC, he was the Finance and Operations Manager at Crophealth Technologies Limited - Kenya.

He takes the lead in driving business development through branches and agencies’ establishment, review, and restructuring. Leveraging on past experience and his passion for financial inclusivity and operational efficiency, Gabriel supports existing branches and operations to ensure that each unit runs profitably, efficiently, and effectively. He also takes a hands-on approach to evaluating and instituting effective operational processes and structures to enhance branch performances and capacity.

Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration from St. Paul’s University, Kenya, where he graduated with the highest distinction of First-Class Honors.
